The Relay Builder is a free tool for coach accounts. It analyzes the times of all linked swimmers and finds the optimal lineup for any relay event — freestyle or medley. For freestyle relays it ranks swimmers by speed and suggests a leg order. For medley relays it tests every possible swimmer-to-leg combination and picks the assignment with the fastest projected total time. Mixed medley relays (2 male + 2 female) are also supported.
Only swimmers linked to a coach account with times logged for the relevant event and course are considered. A swimmer with no 100 Backstroke time in SCY, for example, won't appear as a candidate for that medley leg. Coaches can also request AI coaching notes that explain the lineup and flag alternate swaps.
